    We did a group workout today: 1 minute rounds of push-ups/squats/pull-ups/and deadlifts for 3 rounds. Everyone gave a great effort!

    Everyone gave a great effort AND Rick dominated all of us. With 175-lb. on the DL, I finished with 271 total. Jess did 75-lb. DLs and got 265 (her second time doing deadlifts). Not sure what Rick got, but it was way higher than either of us.
