I worked on a couple weaknesses. DId the de-loading week of back squat first: 135×5, 150×5, 180×5. Form felt pretty good. Then did a pull-up ladder, except with L-pull-ups. Got through 8 rounds + 5 L-pull-ups.
Jess did heavy singles on deadlift, getting up to 170 (20-lb. PR). Then she did Helen with 26-lb. swings and jumping pull-ups in 11:05 – a PR of almost 4 minutes in less than 3 months!
