    Deadlift – 215 lbs (+10)
    CFT Total – 425 lbs (+20)

  2. Didn’t have time to get the whole thing in so did deadlift and press last Thursday.

    Deadlift – 416 (+10)
    Press – 185 (0)
    Subtotal – 601 (+10)

    Probably will hit up the back squat this week, but definitely not until my legs recover from that brutal “Murph” yesterday.

    Bsquat – 245 (+5)
    DL – 310 (+5)
