135 pound Push press, 21 reps
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
50 Squats
135 pound Push press, 15 reps

135 pound Push press, 9 reps

  1. 2nd day of Killer Texas Squats- much easier than the first time

    4 rounds of 7 FS 13 BS at 135lbs.

  2. I did indeed forget/not know that the time had been moved, so I was late. As such, I just did some snatch balance work.

    10×1 on the minute – 175 for 2 sets, 180 for the rest (failed once).

    At least I beat AllisonNYC (barely)…
