  1. Incline Press – 228 x8 x6, 5 minutes of single unders between each round. Plan on doing 100 GI Janes tomorrow for anyone that is interested.

  2. Did the scaled version of the main site WOD from last week (same one Seth and Nail did):

    3 rounds of 100 yd. waiter carry (40-lb. DB), 20 GHD situps, 100 yd. waiter carry, 20 back extension

    9:27. Abs were pretty sore the next day. Interesting WOD.

  3. The waiter carry workout is the quickest way to get “bitch-getting abs”
