  1. Worked on cleans and got up to 105# (5# PR), then did last year’s Crossfit Games Open WOD #1…

    10 min AMRAP of:
    30 Double Unders
    15 Ground to Overhead (55#)

    3 rds plus 20 DUs. PR by about a round and think I could’ve done better with some rest.

  2. Snatch- worked up to 105lbs, failed on 115lbs. PR is 115, just didn’t quite have it today. Pretty stiff from push-ups and such late in the week
