  1. Worked to a max on Jerk – got up to 100# which is a 10# PR.

    Then did a 12 min AMRAP of:
    7 OHS (55#)
    7 Burpee Box Jumps (20″)
    7 KB Swings (53#)

    5 Rounds. Felt pretty tired and couldn’t really push too hard. However, first time using the 53# KB and was surprised that it wasn’t too difficult. Did all the OHS unbroken which was also a nice accomplishment.
