  1. Deadlift 5-5-AMRAP

    285×5, 305×5, 323×10

    Pretty happy with the 10 at 323 considering how I was feeling after the Open WOD yesterday.

    Then did AMRAP 10 of 5 pull-ups (chest-to-bar), 10 push-ups (hand-release), 15 squats, 20 double-unders.

    6 rds + 5 + 10 + 15 + 5

    Push-ups died quick.
