Rest!

During this workout, KF did 70 Ring Dips. He could not do 1 on his first visit to TitanFit! After the workout he did his first MUSCLE UP!

  1. Scaled to 75 lbs. on the SDHP’s, really for no reason. The SDHP’s were VERY easy compared to the Ring Dips. I’ve got to begin working on the rings a little more.

    Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
    Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
    Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    press: 105/115/120/125/130

    push press: 135/135/135/140/145

    push jerk: 140/145/150/140 (failed on 5th)/135

    i was happy with the 150 x 5 on the 3rd set of push jerk. this was the hardest pressing workout i’ve ever done.
