    Actually Chris, we might both want to postpone Linda until Sunday or next week.

    Herb got a new digital clock that can time tabata intervals autonomously. Therefore, he told me last night “I have no excuses not to do tabatas with you guys on Saturday”.

    Do I smell tabata burpees and box jumps?

    up’ed CLs need to up DL to get to as rx’d

    up’ed the weight on the CL, quickly became PCL+FS.
