    Just read the newsletter, it was awesome! That was probably the best written interview yet, so props to Cat. It’s been a pleasure getting to know and all your MK friends.

    Kurt, great synopsis of the 3 100-rep workouts. And I concur with your closing statements about returning the 70# kettlebell. Shoot, I wouldn’t even mind just burying the thing in the back yard.
