Jackie800M run (instead of 1k row)#45 thrusters x 50pullups x 307:11
Seems easier doing it with the run as opposed to the 1000M row (even though run was in rain today).
I am rounding this weekend at the hospital but hope to make it to TF by early afternoon Sunday.
