    I’m happy with that…gotta get better on those burpees (or just not do them may be better!)

    Kurt said he knows he past the exam! So Great for him!!!!!

    Did the following:

    400m run
    21 x 155# bench press
    21 KTE
    400m
    15 BP
    15 KTE
    400m
    9 BP
    9 KTE

    19:05. runs were quick and KTE were unbroken but the BP destroyed my time.
