  1. Took it easy after Murph yesterday. Did some rowing and running along with 2 cleans (85#) on the minute for 10 minutes.

  2. “Barber” – 2 rounds of 15 HSPU, 20 pull-ups, 25 box jumps (30″), 30 deadlifts (185), 35 burpees

    19:06 – WAY harder than expected, plus I just wasn’t feeling it this morning. Eugh. Deadlifts at 185 should not be that hard.
