    5 Rds of:
    5 Deadlift (165#)
    10 Ring Push Ups (from Knees)
    15 Wall Balls (14#)
    Then, 500M Row

    19:22… this was my 6th day in a row so didn’t push it as hard as I would’ve liked. But this was the best the deadlifts felt in a while and the rows were pretty good as well.
