Well It is that time of year.  The Australian Open starts today and pitchers and catchers (stop your dirty mind) arrive in about 30 days.  I am here to tell you, Spring is around the corner.  Time to get those legs into shape.  Time to Squat!

Using 65% of your FSquat 1RM, complete 4 rounds of 7 FSquats and 13 BSquats.
