Texas Squats

Well, well, well.  It is that time of year.  Charlie reminded me it is time for Texas Squats!  So let’s start June 1, 2012.  We will complete 2 cycles each week (not on consecutive days, obviously). 

Week 1 – 4 sets of:

7 reps of Front Squat at 65% of your 1RM and 13 Back Squat at the same weight.
