    BBH – 225 (STILL). got 245 up but was not man enough to try the weight. need to do reps at 200 to get better

    OHS worked up to 155 X 1 (PR), could have gone higher, but dirty looks from gym manager and lack of bumper plates (in case of miss) prevented this.
