    As rx (w/DB swings and run on treadmill) 13:15 – ugh.

    busy at ol’ TF today…did not workout until 9:30 – that is my excuse so i’m sticking with it. did not, therefore, do Helen. did back squats:
    box x5 x2
    box+ 45# x5 x3
    135 x10 x2
    225 x8 x2
    315 x3 x3
    225 x8

    lowered the weight and each rep wal deep, not “herb squats”!
