    My rest day was yesterday.
    Today:
    Squat #275 x 5
    Burpees x 10
    For 5 rounds: 9:20
    I was happy with time considering that I am still somewhat of a deadlift sissy (relatively speaking to the average Titanfit stud).

    I can make it this Saturday AM. Hope to see everyone there.

    I liked the workout on the board in this picture so much that I did it this morning at Golds.

    1/2 mile run
    Then 21-15-9 of:
    bench jumps
    sit-ups
    25 pd. dumbbell swings

    The whole thing took me 10:47 which I feel like is a pretty solid time. Also, about halfway through my second set of dumbbell swings, the girl who was using one of the weight machines nearby looked at me with wide eyes and said “you’re kickin’ ass!” So, there’s that.

    Thanks Rick! I dunno that I’m quite worthy of the ‘TitanFit Terminator’ nickname, but we’ll continue to see.

    And Herb – I totally thought of that myself. I only have one of the blue ones and it’s Jerry’s reject, so I definitely need some of my own. I gotta represent! Also, I would have told her about TitanFit, but all I could manage to say when she said that was ‘I’m tired!’
