		<description>Decided to modify since I did bench press/pull-ups yesterday and burpees on Sunday:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thrusters #65/Double unders&lt;br/&gt;5 Rounds:&lt;br/&gt;20/10&lt;br/&gt;16/20&lt;br/&gt;12/30&lt;br/&gt;8/40&lt;br/&gt;4/50&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Time: 9:57&lt;br/&gt;Did thrusters and first 3 rounds of DU&#039;s unbroken.  Had an &quot;equipment malfunction&quot; and lost about 25 seconds on my 4th set of DU&#039;s when the handle came unscrewed from my jump rope!)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;RR</description>
