    well BBH did not tell me about the 800m run

    he said BS – So I did do BW BS, 3 sets to failure.
    15, 8, 5
    but not for time and no run.

    Caitlin and I did do a mini -
    15-12-9
    Double unders
    KBS
    Situps
    both of us finished just under 5 min.

    55# BS and made the run all the way with no walking! 13:30

    won't make it in tomorrow…going to the Colt's pre-season opener, yea!

    when we first met you, Sharon, you could not run 200M. now you are running 3/4 of a mile AFTER Squating. Great Job!
