Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Scaled BP to 115lbs. (70%)
Time = 17:59
As Rx’d with squat cleans, 34:33 – PR of over 6 minutes. Thanks to Dr. Rick for the spot on bench press. Out of town for the weekend so see you guys Monday.
Anders did a great job and really took a lot of time off his prior PR!. Kathy also stepped up and took on the challenge and did a scaled Linda in about 14 minutes.
