Got caught up at work today, so I did the CF Main Site WOD at home.
Lasted for 8 rounds doing both HSPU’s and pull-ups, then did two more rounds of pull-ups only. My score was 18. All pull-ups were strict b/c they were on one of those P90-X bars at home.
Interesting workout.
