Pull Ups

    Jess and I did last week’s squat workout since we’re both a week behind. I did 225×5, 240×5, 255×6. Jess did 75×5, 80×5, 85×9 (just three weeks ago she did 85 for just 4 reps!).

    After that, Jess did two rounds of: row 500 meters, 15 overhead squats (15-lb. bar), row 500 meters, 15 knees-to-elbows. Time – 19:11. I took it easy on my sore shoulder and just ran a mile.
