I need to do this more often…
Yesterday…only did 2 rounds of FGB…got 80+ on both. need to get 1st and 2nd rounds in the 100+ range to keep up. that means I need to do more box jumps or Wall Ball

Jess and I mainly did some strength stuff today to “recover” a bit for Friday and Saturday. I did heavy singles on squat snatch. Got a PR of 165 at the end, so pretty psyched about that.
Jess did her third week of 5-3-1 on deadlift. She got 105×5, 125×3, 150×4. She had never done more than 135 before, so this was great for her.
Jess finished with three rounds of run 400 meters, 15 overhead squats (15-lb. bar) – 8:55.
