		<description>Jess and I mainly did some strength stuff today to &quot;recover&quot; a bit for Friday and Saturday. I did heavy singles on squat snatch. Got a PR of 165 at the end, so pretty psyched about that. 

Jess did her third week of 5-3-1 on deadlift. She got 105x5, 125x3, 150x4. She had never done more than 135 before, so this was great for her.

Jess finished with three rounds of run 400 meters, 15 overhead squats (15-lb. bar) - 8:55.</description>

Yesterday...only did 2 rounds of FGB…got 80+ on both. need to get 1st and 2nd rounds in the 100+ range to keep up. that means I need to do more box jumps or Wall Ball</description>
