    Made up this workout on Friday. Started by doing my final week of 5-3-1 deadlifts: 275×5, 300×3, 340×4.

    Then made up the mini-metcon: 5 rounds of row 250 meters, 10 ring dips, 10 push-ups. As Rx’d, 10:08. Felt pretty good overall on this one.
