    No strength for me or Jess today since we both will be doing the CrossFit Total tomorrow. Just did the 10×10 metcon with Rick. Anders 10:24, Jess 12:38 (sub. jumping pull-ups, 8-lb. ball to 10 feet). Wall balls felt good, but I did rip another callus. I never thought I’d say this, but it may be time to buy some gloves for those freaking pull-ups.
