  1. Front squatted to make up Saturday’s workout: 5 x 2 x 185. First two were tough, last three were easier.

    Then,

    Did 50 wall balls, 30 double unders, 15 toes to bar, 10 front squats @ 135 lbs for time.

    8:18, but 3:00 of that was double unders. Clearly I need to work on stringing those together. That was the first time I have done double unders when tired, usually I warm up with them.
