  1. Did the Regional WOD #3 (scaled back from 315 to 275) with Seth.

    21-15-9 of deadlift (275) and box jumps (30″)

    Finished in 7:28. Harder than expected, especially on the hamstrings. Still about 3 minutes faster than a very similar WOD I did 18 months ago, so that’s good news.
