  1. Thanks to everyone who was still at the gym yesterday while I was finishing Jack. I appreciate the push and encouragement. I would not have done 5 more push presses had you guys not been telling me to move my butt.

    Did my first 2nd week scheme of Texas Squats.

    @ 145 lbs
    4 rounds of 7 FS, 13 BS

    Difficult, but finished.

  3. Second week of Texas squats. Tougher than week 1, that’s for sure.

    Finished all four sets at 180.
