  1. Beast Mode Thursday this week. Seth and I did the 100’s WOD (same thing as Nail, Dusty and Herb did earlier).

    100 pull-ups, 100 KB swings (1.5 pood), 100 double-unders, 100 overhead squats (95 pounds) (25:00 time cap)

    Got through 57 overhead squats. Thank goodness for the time cap. Seth and I both finished the double-unders at 16:00, but the OHS were brutal. Lower back was on fire.

    Not sure I really like this WOD, but glad I tried it. My hands survived without too much wreckage.
