    It was a tough one. Low back was pretty smoked by the end. Reasonably happy with the time, though. Nice work by Dusty pushing through this one as well.

  2. I did a workout that some did a few weeks back.

    21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 of wall balls (12#), knees to elbows, and KB swings (35#).
