    Then did modified version of Tuesday’s metcon:

    Row 1000, 10 bench press (135), 10 swings (53), row 750, 15 bench, 15 swings, row 500, 20 bench, 20 swings

    14:24 – Unbroken except for last set of bench, which was 11-5-3-1. Rows about 1:56/500m.
