    Push-ups were tough and took a long time. Double unders weren’t great, but I think it clicked on the round of 10. I’ll try some on Friday to see. My BG’s are feeling tight and ready to do work this weekend.

  2. Worked on Snatch and got up to 65#. Failed on 70#. Weak sauce.

    Then did a metcon of 10 rds of:
    10 Calorie Row
    25 Double Unders

    Took me somewhere around 12 min. Double unders felt good and broke them into two sets each round.
