    30 Kettlebell swings (44#)
    30 Sit-ups
    20 Hang squat cleans, 20 pound dumbells
    25 Back extensions
    30 Wall ball shots, 14 pound ball
    Run 400M

    23:55. Wall balls were the killer here. Very uncoordinated when I’m tired. Definitely will be practicing these a lot from now on.
