    Handstand walk (1 yard = 1 rep)

    Total of 321 – 65 burpees, 60 row calories, 107 box jumps, 66 GHD sit-ups, 23 yards handstand walk

    First time doing handstand walks in a metcon. They weren’t pretty but at least I got somewhere. Otherwise a good hard WOD.

    10 Rounds of:
    9 Pull ups
    7 Wall balls (14#)
    5 Ring Dips (assisted w/ thin purple band)
    Run 800M

    40:45… This was WAY more difficult than expected, plus just lacked some energy today. Walls balls are getting better though and happy with my first try doing ring dips in a WOD. Had to break them into 2 sets for most of the rounds.
