    9:20 – The second round of squat cleans was pretty tough. The clean part is easy but that’s a lot of squatting.

  2. Worked up to a heavy single on dead lift – 370 lbs (5 lb PR)

    Worked up to a heavy single on rack jerk – 185 lbs (failed on 195)

    Then did Anti-Herb as posted Tuesday – 15:05

  3. Did 20 rounds on Saturday then did 10 rounds of 250m row with 2:00 rest on Sunday
