I was out of town over last weekend so it was good to get back to the gym. I saw several people doing excellent workouts tonight. We had 2 teachers who teach with my wife Sara who did a great job on their first CrossFit workout ever (of course, as expected, they did have to discipline Herb and put him in the corner!).
