SW at the end of box jumps…
EDITOR’S NOTE:
I have been advised, to really follow the song, the workout needs to be:
1 Burpee
the 2 Dead Lift and 1 Burpee
then 3 Power Cleans, 2 Dead Lifts and 1 Burpee etc.

Saturday’s B-day workout with Sensei Herb:
Snatch – quit at 115 due to piss poor second pull. Will be doing a LOT of hang cleans and snatches this week.
C&J – 175 (personal PR for jerk)
Back Squat – 285 (PR for BW 170)
