Ok, time to hit it hard again…
Workout
Front Squats – work up to 90% of 1RM for 1 rep (90% x1)
Then
Snatch – work up to 85% of 1RM for 1 rep 5 times (85% x1 x5)
Then
Clean and jerk – work up to 85% of 1RM for 1 rep 5 times (85% x1 x5)
Then
Front Squat x 1 x2 20 lbs fewer than 90% of your 1RM
Then
take off another 20 lbs and do 2 sets of 2 reps.
