runs were SLOW…some kid on a big wheel passed me. should have stayed with the posted 225 lbs DL…ah, live and learn!
Megan and Lauren realized the posted WOD was too easy today so changed the air squats to wall balls. Both scorched this workout and did 50 of all reps – including burpees!
Sharon did a great job on the squat cleans and row/push-press workout from a few days ago.
JB did a great job on the DL/Run 800M WOD (did not see a single big wheel pass him, unlike Herb’s experience).
Great efforts by all today!

nope, i don’t have hamstrings, so it is not an issue for me.
