		<description>Megan and Lauren realized the posted WOD was too easy today so changed the air squats to wall balls.  Both scorched this workout and did 50 of all reps - including burpees!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sharon did a great job on the squat cleans and row/push-press workout from a few days ago.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;JB did a great job on the DL/Run 800M WOD (did not see a single big wheel pass him, unlike Herb&#039;s experience).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Great efforts by all today!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;RR</description>
