    Today at the gym we worked on Deadlift with Kathy and her kids. By the end Drew and Hans had DL their bodyweight and Kathy and Rachael were getting their form down nicely.

    Then metcon:
    Run 200M
    Max pushups in 1 min
    Run 200M
    Max situps in 1 min
    Run 200M
    Max pull-ups in 1 min
    Run 200M
    Max Push-press in 1 min

    They all knocked out one solid round of this.

    By the way, there was a Kurt sighting today as well. After a 2 month hiatus he knocked out 2 rounds of the above work-out. His form is perfect as ever and I predict his lungs will be back their high performance baseline within 2-3 weeks. Welcome back!

    Looks like TitanFit now has about a 50-50 ratio of Level 1 Trainers to members. Pretty solid.
