Sunday AM “Heavy” Lynne Bench Press Body Wt + 20# Weighted Pull-ups + 20# Max reps for 5 rounds Bench 10,10,8,8,8=44 Pull-up 12,12,10,10,12=56
Sara introduced her brother John and his 2 kids to their first CrossFit work-out, a variant of FGB which they all found challenging but fun (at least the first 1 or 2 rounds). They did great in their first work-out.
Josh T. knocked out a nice workout with bench press and runnning this am. He is getting so much stronger now he needs to go up in weight the next time he does this one to fully challenge himself!
