		<description>Congrats Chris!  Hopefully you&#039;ll survive FGB.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WOD as rx&#039;ed @ 280lbs.  Should&#039;ve gone heavier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MetCon in 9:26.  Congrats to Sampson for taking the MetCon.  First time, ever.  Should have made it 6 burpees!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I&#039;m glad to see the improvement.  Last year he would have doubled my time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;KF</description>
