A week late, but finally got around to doing the CFT:
Back Squat 305, Press 155 (tied PR), DL 345 Total=805 (805/168 body wt = 4.79)
PR is 810. Form felt good on all lifts so happy with results.

Last really hard day before sectionals. 30 muscle-ups for time – 10:54. Took a twenty-minute rest and then did the burpee/back squat WOD and got 6 rounds + 20 burpees.
Hips will be killing me tomorrow for sure, but definitely good prep for the sectional.
5 rounds in 19:57. An improvement of 10 Burpees and 10 Squats. Burpees were HARD…but got 100 in.
