Jess and I kept up with our 5-3-1 workouts and also did a mini-metcon. I did my third week of deadlift: 260×5, 295×3, 330×5. Jess did her second week of back squats: 80×3, 85×3, 90×6.
Since we did the push press/box jump workout on Saturday, we did this instead:
AMRAP in 10 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 10 ring dips, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats
Anders: 5 1/2 rounds. Jess: 5 rounds (jumping pull-ups, elevated bench dips)
