Workout 1 RM for: Snatch Clean and Jerk
Mini MetCon 2x 15 - Thrusters 15 - KB Swings 15 – Pull-ups Run 400m
Clean & jerk – 235 (also cleaned 245 but missed the jerk). Snatch – 165. Both were just power because my squats just weren’t clicking today.
Finished with the mini-metcon, which was more painful than expected. 7:46 with 95-lb. thrusters and 53-lb. swings.
